Our services are provided exclusively by licensed professionals, and within the highest standards of confidentiality and the most ethical guidelines.
Although we cannot be responsible for the damage and loss of personal belongings, we provide personal lockers for your convenience and the security off their personal items while visiting our facilities.
As all of our professional service providers enjoy popular support and continued demand for their time and services, D’Elegance respectfully request 24 hours Cancellation Notice to avoid having to charge credit cards or the redemption of gift certificates for services not rendered due to client’s failure to keep their scheduled appointments.
For the comfort and consideration of our guests, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the spa unless they receive services themselves.
Our exceptional products and services are affordably priced, but do not include any gratuities, and unfortunately, any gratuities paid by credit cards are subject to a 5% surcharge.
We recommend scheduling appointments at least one week in advance to guarantee availability. However, we encourage you to check with us, as we may be able to accommodate you on short notice. A credit card number will be used to hold your appointment. For Spa Packages and services consisting of two or more services, or more than one person from the same party, require a 50% credit card deposit or a gift certificate number to reserve the time. Credit cards or gift certificates will be debited according to our cancellation policy.
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated and a courtesy to other clients. We want to make sure you receive the benefits of your full service and that others following your appointment will have the same opportunity. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you time to change into a robe and slippers and relax before your service.
Due to FDA regulations, products purchased at D’Elegance Salon & Day Spa cannot be returned once they leave our premises.
We ask that you turn off your mobile phone and/or pager to maintain our serene ambiance. For the health and safety of our clients and staff, smoking is not permitted in our facility.
Licensed professionals perform your services under strict guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse services requested by our guests that are not conforming to our policies.
For your enjoyment we serve complementary alcoholic beverages to our guests. We reserve the right to limit two servings per guest. All non-alcoholic beverages and refreshments are served with no limitations.
All multiple services require a credit card deposit or a purchased gift certificate to reserve the time. We reserve the right to charge your credit card or redeem your gift certificate for the services booked if:
- Your appointments were not cancelled within 24 hours
- You were late more than 15 minutes
- You did not show for the appointment.
We cannot guarantee the services to be rendered if you are more than 15 minutes late. In order to take care of necessary check-in procedures, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
No refund is given for gift certificate or gift cards. No exceptions.
Expired gift certificates and gift cards are not honored without proven legitimate reason, i.e. long-term illness, being out of town or summoned for jury duty.
Prices may vary by use of different products and or time allotted for completion.
Lastly, while are welcomed to enjoy the fine services offered by our licensed professionals here at D’Elegance Salons & Day Spas, we must reserve the right to refuse our services to anyone unwilling to respect and adhere to our policies and procedures.
